Project: VRF System Replacement – Lyell McEwin Hospital

This project involved the full replacement of an existing gas-powered Yamaha VRF system with a high-efficiency Daikin VRV system, enhancing overall building performance and reducing energy consumption.

Key Works Delivered:

• Decommissioning and Removal
  Safe removal and disposal of the outdated Yamaha VRF system in accordance with industry and environmental standards.

• New System Installation
  Supply and installation of Daikin VRV units, selected and configured to meet specific site conditions and performance requirements.

• Staged Pipework & Equipment Upgrade
  Progressive replacement of associated mechanical pipework and components, carried out in phases to maintain HVAC continuity and minimise disruption to hospital operations.

• Compliance and Quality Assurance
  All installations completed to manufacturer specifications, relevant codes, and current mechanical services standards.
