Scope of Works:

VRF System Replacement
Replaced an existing gas-powered Yamaha VRF system with a new Daikin VRV system, delivering improved energy efficiency and performance.

Key works included:

• Decommissioning and removal of outdated Yamaha VRF equipment

• Installation of new Daikin VRV units, tailored to site requirements

• Progressive replacement of associated pipework and equipment in staged sections, ensuring continuous operation and minimal disruption to building occupants

All works were completed to manufacturer specifications and current mechanical standards.
