Scope of Works:

Retail Shop Fit-Outs
Successfully completed 8 retail shop fit-outs, with works including:

• Relocation and installation of new water-cooled fan coil units (FCUs)

• Replacement of VRV (Variable Refrigerant Volume) systems

• Supply and installation of sheetmetal ductwork, flexible ducting, and air grilles

• Coordination and subcontracting of mechanical electrical services, including:

  • Installation of variable speed drives (VSDs)

  • Provision of power supply connections for mechanical plant

All fit-outs were delivered in line with project timelines, compliance standards, and client specifications, with a strong focus on integration with other trades and minimal disruption to retail operations.
