Scope of Works:

Project: HVAC Installation – Newton Bottleo

Completed the supply and installation of a new high-capacity HVAC system to meet the cooling demands of a commercial bottle shop environment.

Key Works Delivered:

• System Installation
  Installed a standalone 25kW Daikin ducted air conditioning system, selected for its reliability and performance in high-traffic retail settings.

• Exposed Sheet Metal Ductwork
  Custom-fabricated and installed exposed sheet metal ductwork to suit the open-ceiling layout, balancing function with a clean industrial aesthetic.

All works were completed in accordance with Daikin specifications and Australian mechanical services standards.
