Project: Rooftop Package Unit Replacement – Oaks Horizon

Delivered a full mechanical upgrade for Oaks Horizon, involving the replacement of an aging rooftop package unit to improve system performance and reliability.

Key Works Delivered:

• Removal and Replacement
  Decommissioned and removed the existing rooftop package unit, replacing it with a new high-performance unit suitable for the building’s requirements.

• Sheet Metal Ductwork Installation
  Supplied and installed new custom sheet metal ductwork to integrate with the upgraded system, ensuring efficient airflow and distribution.

All works were completed to mechanical code, manufacturer guidelines, and site safety standards, with minimal disruption to occupants.
