Project: New Facilities HVAC Installation – Paracombe Primary School

Delivered a full mechanical fit-out for newly constructed facilities at Paracombe Primary School, providing modern, efficient climate control throughout the space.

Key Works Delivered:

• VRV System Installation
  Installed a complete VRV system, including 7 indoor fan coil units to provide flexible zoning and energy-efficient temperature control.

• Sheet Metal Ductwork & TEF Installation
  Supplied and installed all required sheet metal ductwork and Terminal Exhaust Fans (TEF) to support ventilation and air distribution throughout the new building.

• Third-Party Controls Integration
  Successfully integrated third-party building management controls to ensure seamless operation and long-term serviceability of the system.

All work was completed in alignment with education facility standards, manufacturer requirements, and current mechanical codes.
