Scope of Works:

Project: Ongoing Mechanical Upgrades – Flinders University

Successfully delivered a range of mechanical services projects across various facilities at Flinders University, supporting improved air quality, system efficiency, and building performance.

Key Works Delivered:

• VCD Replacements
  Replaced Volume Control Dampers (VCDs) to restore optimal airflow control and system balance.

• Outside Air Systems
  Installed additional outside air fans with associated ductwork to improve ventilation and meet compliance with fresh air intake standards.

• Extraction Systems
  Supplied and installed new extraction fans and ductwork to support lab spaces and general exhaust requirements.

• Water-Cooled PAC Units
  Installed high-efficiency water-cooled Precision Air Conditioning (PAC) units, tailored for technical and high-load environments.

All projects were completed in accordance with university standards, manufacturer guidelines, and current mechanical services codes, while ensuring minimal disruption to campus operations.
